Changing a .MOV file into a Windows Movie Maker compatible file?

Does anyone know how to do this?

My digital camera produces .MOV movies compatible with QuickTime... and Windows Movie Maker doesn't accept them. Is there a way I can save the .MOV into something else? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, use Rad Video Tools... there's a link on the Importing Source Files >
Video > MOV page of my site.
