Excel Changes Not Saving - Excel

Hello,

I'm having a strange problem going on where users enter data into an Excel sheet and when they open up the same exact sheet the next day, none of the previous days' changes are there. It seems to happen to random users and at random times; no rhyme or reason. I've checked that they're saving properly and checked all permissions to the file(s) (sharing and NTFS) and the users have Full Control to said files on a network drive.

Does anyone have a solution or someplace for me to start looking? It's driving me crazy!!!

All users are using Windows XP, mostly Office 2003 and a couple with Office 07.
