Changes not made on shared calendars

I've just recently have had a problem with changes not being made on my
shared calendars. We all have outlook connected and I'm the owner of the
calendar. The last couple of days when I make changes in appts scheduled on
the shared calendar, those changes are not showing up except on my calendar.
I can't figure out why it just stopped updating the shared calendar. Any
suggestions?
