Hi,
If the web site is available in multiple languages then you can view it in
english as well and there wuld be a link on the site for english version
as well. to set language, make sure encoding is english and in tools-
internet options language setting tab select language preference as
english.Else if it is available only in one language you cannot view it in
any other language
