Dave

I recently changed my screen resolution from 1024x768 to
1280x1024. It looks great, but the font in Internet
Explorer is tiny and hard to read when viewing my.msn.com
or msn.com whereas all other sites are responding to the
view/large font change.
Also, the icons in the taskbar are also tiny. Do you know
how to correct this so these are legible?
Thanks,
Dave

In IE go View/Text Size and change to a larger font type.
For the buttons, go View/Toolbars and click on the Customize button. There
is a dropdown in the dialogue that appears under Icon Options where you can
change the size of icons.

Hope this helps.

For IE text size, try IE-View-Text Size

For the icons in the taskbar, (this may vary according to your
operating system as it is not an IE6 setting) use Control
Panel-Display-Appearance tab and change the item: Caption Buttons.

In what operating system does that change the icons on the taskbar?
In my Win98 SE it only changes the IE toolbar.
Did I read the post incorrectly?

Sorry Alan, you are quite right. I misread the OP and converted taskbar in
my head to toolbar. Appologies to the OP.
