I have a user who reported that they could not send email. They are getting
an error message that states that they have Exceeded their mailbox size
limit.
I looked in AD users and computers and found that there was a restriction of
170000Kb set. I removed this setting, choosing "Use mailbox store defaults."
I then used exchange system manager to examine the mailbox store containing
her mailbox. The store is set with a 300000Kb warning and a 350000Kb deny
send and receive.
The user's mailbox is currently 195000Kb, but she still cannot send. I have
logged her off and on, rebooted her pc and created a new mail profile (just
for good measure) and she still cannot send.
HELP!
