Changed printer ink tanks

The computor told me I was low on both tanks, so I changed them. Now it
won't print a thing. What do I need to do now? Thanks in advance.

Take the sticky tape off the cartridge base?

Read the manual that came with the printer?

Go to the website of your printer manufacturer and look for a FAQ section?

A Microsoft Excel group is not really the place to get answers to generic
