change x and y ranges on graph

I have a graph where all the y values are in the range [150,250], but
Excel 2002 uses a y range of [-50,250]. How do I manually set the
range to [150,250]? Thanks.

try the following
- right click on the axis and open the format dialog
- in this dialog change the scale of your y-axis

Right-click on the y-axis to "format axis" and look under "Scale".
Set the range as you wish.
