Modifying Tick Marks on Comination Graph

I have 4 items I am trying to combin on a combination graph where y-axis is
July-September, x-axis(1) is units range 1-15 and x-axis(2) is h:mm

The 3 items that correlate to the x(1) axis are singular values and only
apply once during the month whereas the x(2) axis has daily values assigned
to it.

I am trying to have the y axis labels reflect with tick marks only between
each month and having the month name center justified in between tick marks.

Any help is greatly apprecaited.

Bar/Line Combination. Bar representing the 3 series with single values, line
showing the trend via each individual day.

You mean horizontal bar? If so, the vertical axis on the left is its X
(category) axis. I'm not sure how the chart is expected to look, nor what
the data looks like that you are plotting. Post a sample of your data and a
more detailed description of the chart.
