change view of adressbook in outlook

Hello
Is there any way i can change the fields in adress book ( global)
what i want to list is , names , telephone , mobile , divison , emplyment nr
and i want to see all in the main window , not under details for each user

the company i work for is small and this is for the switchboad ladies here
