change username

I need some help. I was created a new account in WIN XP ( new username ) and installed some programs in that new account. How can I change that username to another name? I don`t like to reinstall all programs and change all settings again. Please help me! Thank

go into Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups -> right click
account and rename
