change to scheduled tasks

how come MSAS won't use the Window Schedule tasks instead
rather than use the troubled built-in scheduled scan. i
think MSAS using the Window Schedule tasks is far better.

Maybe we will see some changes to this in beta 2, we are still using GIANTs
product.
