Change the title of an inserted comment

I would like to change the descriptor of the comment on a PPT page. When I
insert a comment the descriptor/title that appears on the thumbnail is "mu1",
my initials followed by the comment sequence number. I would like to change
the descriptor to the name of my organization and/or department. How can tis
be done in Powerpoint?

Change your intials using Tools - Options - general tab - type your
department name in the initials box.
