How can I get Comment in Powerpoint to show my initials?

I am using Powerpoint 2007. Comments I create show the heading "Windows
User" and date. Help says the heading should start with my initials. It
doesn't. Why not? What can I do to change this?

Check this, Office-button - Options for PowerPoint - Popular - your user
name and initials should be active there.
