change the time zone in calendar?

When I shared my calendar, the times of the events are all different - just
trying to move it from one main computer to laptop and put it in sharing
folder, opened it on the laptop, and the times are off by hours - could it be
a time zone issue and where do I fix that?

It could be a time zone issue and you need to look in Windows Control Panel
and in Outlook's Calendar options.
