change the "from" address

When I send a message, the from address is incorrect. How do I change that?
 
Hi,
TOOLS | EMAIL ACCOUNT | View or change existing Mail account | Choose your
Account you want to change | CHANGE
And in the preference Tab there is the Option Name! There you could change
you from Name!

I tried your suggestion. Still does not change the e-mail address in the From
line of the sent message.

Than press the button more settings and in the preference tab change your
name there!
