Change the drive letter

Sure.
Click on Start/Run and type in compmgmt.msc. Click OK. Click on the Disk
Management option towards the bottom of the list. Right click on the
partition of your choice and you should be able to take it from there...

Management and look lower right for the graphic of the drive. R-click
any partition (except the one where the system is, usually C:) and
