Change the default email form to 1 I've created as a .oft form?

I want to change the default email form (the form that appears when you go to
the "new" button in outlook. I've created a .oft form but cannot figure out
how to make that form my defaul "new" form. What I want to accomplish is to
change the fonts sizes (and therefore the height of those areas) in the To
and CC and Suject lines, etc. in the existing form.

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to substitute a published custom form for the default form. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . Note that it doesn't work completely for message forms in Outlook 2003.
