Change target drive of many shortcuts

Reorganization time is here and many files for which shortcuts already
exist may have to be moved to a new drive. Is there a program that will
go through the shortcuts and change, eg, E: to K:?

Simply changing the drive letter is not an option in this case.

Manual changing would be quite a chore. Tens of thousands of shortcuts
are involved.
 
yeh, there are programs like systemmechanic that fix "broken shortcuts".....

"borken shortcuts" is the key lookup word
