Change plain text to HTML

Hi,

I've set my message setting to HTML, the sender has send a
plain text email to me. I want to add an animation pic to
this plain text email, yes I can add it, but my recipient
can't view it, even if they have set it to HTML.. Why? and
How do I resolve it?.. Is there any way to change the
plain text to HTML?

You'll need to change the message format first to HTML by Format-> HTML when
replying. Note that the recipient will not be able to see it in HTML if it
is not supported by his/her ISP
