(writing over the tool bar next to ie icon on the top left hand corner) i
want to know if i can edit it

Do you have a spell checker?

To remove all Internet Explorer branding, follow these steps:
Click Start.
Click Run.
Type or copy - paste

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

and then click OK.

Restart Internet Explorer.
