Change my email address (for recipients)

Comcast is my provider. But I don't want people to see my @comcast email
address. I own my own domain, but need to go through comcast. How do I
change the look of my email name (for recipients) ?

Change it in the properties of the email account you setup for Comcast.
Check the email address field here: Tools menu > Email accounts >
View/Change existing accounts > Highlight the account > Click Change
