Hi.

I have Outlook 2000 running on Win2K. How do I convert a message in my
Inbox or Sent box from HTML to Plain Text and vice-versa?

Thank you.

You can't convert a message you've received into a different format. You can
reply in a different format but the original message retains its format.

You cannot change the format is right, but you can ensure that all emails
that you have received you see only in text format. this is possible by the
option 'Tools'/ options/email options/ Select 'Read all standard mail in
text format'. But of course this will not convert text to email. It would
convert your view of html to text.

That option doesn't exist in the Outlook 2000 version the OP names.

Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message, then Format>Plain Text. Close
and save the message.
