change mac on 3com 3c920B

Hi,
I have Asus pundit-r, with P4R8L mainboard, it has integrated NIC - 3com
3c920b, the problem is that I need to change MAC for this card, however
windows xp drivers delivered with mainboard do not have that capabilities.
Are you aware of any way doing this?
