Unable to get NIC driver to bind with the NIC

Product: Symantec Ghost 7.5
Operating system Ghost installed on: Windows 2000
Operating system being cloned/imaged: Windows XP
File system being cloned/imaged: NT FS
Drive interface type: Standard IDE
Operating system on boot floppy: PC-DOS

I am unable to get NIC driver to bind with the NIC.

My system is a:
HP325b mini tower, AMD
nvidia2 chipset
Integrated 3com 3c920b-EMB

I tried creating a Ghost boot disk in Ghost 7.5 using 3com 3c920 but
it fails. Am I using the correct network driver? Do I need to
update my driver list?

The problem was two-fold.
1. Had to create a new network boot disk with new NIC driver info
2. Had to create boot disk from server, not remotely on desktop
