Change lots of flags at once

One of my users opened a message - since deleted so I cannot reproduce the
error - and instantly the 450 messages in her Inbox got a red follow-up flag.
The follow-up dates are set to None, so she won't be burdoned with a zillion
messages. Is there a way of removing the flags in bunches rather than one at
a time? I have looked in Help and at related threads in this forum but cannot
see the answer.

Hi Jonathan,
You could try creating a rule, then running the rule one time. Disable it
once the flags are cleared. See "Add or remove a flag" available:

Annie, thank you for your very fast response.
Sadly I'd forgotten to say I have OL2002, we're not onto OL2003 yet, and I
cannot find an equivalent to your advice in this version.
