Change locale in system information

Hi, I would like to change the locale information that is hold in the system
information (Msinfo32.exe) as I bought the lap top in Korea and when I do a
system info search it shows my locale as Korean. When I down load some
programs it defaults to Korean text. I am Australian.

You can do the "locale" change in the Regional and Language settings Control
Panel applet.

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options

BTW Is it running a Korean version of Windows XP?
