change languge of OS

My pc has A korean OS windows xp pro w/ sp2(from VLK). is it possible to
change OS in english and carry all files & set'ngs?.

No, you need to buy an English copy, format the drive and do a clean
install. That is if you can find an English copy to buy.

post to more than one group please cross post, do not multi post, see the
link in my sig for more info.

Neither of the suggestions posted are what you want to do for Media Center
use.

If you have the International English language Volume Licensed
version to start with, an add-on may be purchased to provide such
functionality.

Otherwise, you'll need to purchase a full copy of WinXP in English and
perform a clean installation.
