change language of xp pro

I have a panasonic CF-W2 laptop to be exact and I want to change the language
from english to spanish, I don't know if there is a program or patch or
something that do it this, or what have to do it?

You can not change the language.
If you want Windows XP in Spanish, you need to buy Windows XP in Spanish.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
