Setting a fixed IP address in a DHCP environment is likely
to cause address conflicts and will get your network administrators
very upset. Don't do it! Changing your IP address would be
pointless anywhay: The DHCP server gives you a different one
after a while, and the network administrator does not need your
IP address to find out who you are.

Thanks for your help but I don't need moralism I would like to know how to do
It, my DHCP doesn't change my IP so I would like to known if It's, possible
to do It, I know that I have to write some numeber in the DNS but I don't
know what's the number!
If someone could say to me I will thanks them!

I was not trying to impose my "moral" standards on you,
I was simply wearing my network administrator's hat.
When I find that a machine in a DHCP-controlled network
has grabbed a fixed address then I will discuss the matter
with the owner of that machine or with his manager. If the
request is valid then I will allocate a fixed address to that
PC. If the request cannot be justified then I will take
appropriate action to prevent disruption to the rest of the
user community. So far you have simply said that you want
to modify your IP address so that you cannot be identified.
Why?

I say to you why I want to change my IP adress... live in that place and I
don't want that the administrator know what kind of internet site I look
at...do you understand now why I want to change IP? If I usually change it he
will see sometimes some IP adress and sometimes others...so he can't see that
I'm the user of that IP...u understand? If you can help me!

As I mentioned before, your attempt to hide behind some
non-DHCP assigned IP address is futile. If your network
administrator becomes aware of unexpected Internet site
access then he will simply issue these commands to find out
who is behind the attempts:

nbtstat -A 192.168.0.55 (for example).
psloggedon \\192.168.0.55

The first command will give him your PC's name, the
second your logon name.

If the nature of your Internet site visits is a legitimate
business activity then you must perform them via an intermediate
machine outside your own network. If it is unrelated to
your business then you should use your home PC.

You are not understanding what is being said. Using a fixed IP will likely
attract more attention than using DHCP and surfing porn. It will cause
problems on the network and draw attention your way. There is no easy way to
hide your surfing habits from a network administrator. If there is a policy
in place to restrict where you can surf on the school network then live with
it or get your own broadband connection.

I don't think he gets the ideal. No matter what IP address he uses a
sys-admin will be able to see what sites he views. If it is on the schools
network they probably have rules about what type of web sites you are suppose
to visit and there is no way that any sys-admin could not track his viewing
habits. If he goes to a public IP provider he can still be monitored by the
sys-admin of the public IP company. If he choses to visit xxx web sites of
children then the government will be monitoring him and will come and knock
on his door. Either way he needs to understand that he can not block someone
from seeing what he does on the internet if they want to check on him. How
does he think they track these idiots that send out these virus attacks. If
they can't hide themselves, he can't either.
