Change from Office 2000 to Office 2003 (Front Page promlem only)

When attempting to edit My Website pages the typing and general key strokes
are
werll ahead of what appears on screen. As much as five seconds before a
result appears.
Have Windows XP
512 megs Mem
Pent.4 and 60gig of disc space.
It was running ok before the change to 2003

Have you applied all Office SP to Office 2003 (FP)
