change from OE to Outlook, newsgroup questions

I switched from using Outlook Express to the full Outlook program, however,
how do I view and post newsgroup messages from within OUTLOOK without the
program defaulting me to OE? I can't even find a way to set up news groups
from within Outlook, or to change the default from OE to outlook. Its a
pain to have to go to OE each time and then to have to look for sent
newsgroup posts in the old OE sent folder. Any suggestions?

I'm not aware of any other Microsoft news reader than Outlook Express.

OL has no newsreader capability, other than, when you go to news, from
either OL or IE it opens the OE newsreader

Many people like to use Forte Free Agent or some other newsreader that
Outlook will be glad to use instead of OE. There are also thrid-party
commercial tools that can add newsreading capability directly into Outlook.
It makes newsgroups appear to be folders in the Folder list.
