Change From Field on forms emailed to me

Hi, Is there anyways to change the From: field on forms i get via email from
my website? Is there anyway to put the users email address in their instead
of what it currently says "User Magiix" <[email protected]>? Is this
something that can only be done at the server level or is there hidden tags
or something i can make do this?
