Hi
We installed Office 2003 - no one told us we had to also buy Word 2003. Now
we are using Outllook 2003 and can't use word as our editor. The style sheet
we used to use for outlook is totally GONE. (as were a few other things) We
can't find an answer to this question:
Is there a way to create a new style sheet for outlook 2003 or are we
"stuck" with what they have given us?
If we could get out money back on this stupid Office 2003 - we surely would.
We can't afford to buy Word 2003 - and we think this is the biggest SCAM
ever. Like MS needs the money, eh?
Is there anyone out there that can help us with this problem?
Thanks
Susan

Ok Susan,
Calm down! Listen.....

Microsoft Office INCLUDES:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Powerpoint
Microsoft Outlook.

The professional version includes Microsoft Access.
We installed Office 2003
IF you have really done this, THEN you have Microsoft Word.

Who is the WE that carried out the installation?

A normal Office upgrade will preserve Templates,
including the Styles in them. If something OTHER than
a normal upgrade was carried out, then WE were responsible
for taking the normal precautions to back up WEre templates etc.

Can WE be clear about exactly what WE did that leaves WE
in the mess WE describes???????
"stuck" with what they have given us?
Who is THEY???
