Change Font Size in Reading Pane

I've figured out how to change the font size on every other part of
Outlook, but I haven't been able to determine how to change the font size in
the reading pane. I've got a client whose eyesight isn't what it used to be.

Thanks

outlook 2003? HTML bodies: right click on the gray border and choose text
size. This is not persistent. Text bodies: tools, options, mail format,
fonts. This is persistent and applies to all plain text messages.

Thanks. I tried that before but it must have been on an html message. Where
can you set the html font size?

it's an i.e. setting but I have no idea how to make it stick.
