I have a small Access database of 239 records for our Homeowners' Assoc. I
have a need to highlight the last names of those in the Assn who have paid
dues each year. How may I "bold" or "italicize" one record at a time?

Access 2000 or later support 'conditional formatting' when you use a
form to display table records. Look at Microsoft Access' built-in help
for more information about conditional formatting.
