Change folder options

I keep getting "search" at the top of my short menu for folders, c driv
ect. How can i change it so that Open is first? I"ve tried changing i
in folder options, under folder type. It allowed me to select open bu
it would not change it? How do I fix this it's driving me nuts, pleas

Type in Start Run

regsvr32 /i shell32

This occurs when you use the File Types dialog to edit Drives or Directories. You need to type the above each time you use that dialog to edit those two types.
