Change Domain to workgroup login problem

I was trying to use a computer from my office on my home
network and changed the domain name that I use to a
workgroup in hopes to access my local network. This has
caused me to be unable to log onto the computer to do
anyhting. I can boot wiht a disk but am not sure how to
change from a workgroup to a domain from DOS?

Any suggestions

You must take it back to work and a network admin will have to join it back
to the domain.

Is there any way to logon localy to the machine. The
admin account does not seem to work Can I add an account
through DOS and at least be able to use the machine?

If the network admin will give you the password to the local administrator
account you can log in locally.
