Change direction of the wheel on a wheel mouse

Anybody have an idea how to change the direction of
scroll on a wheel mouse in windows 2000? When I scroll
the wheel forward I would like for a page to scroll down
instead of up. NT had an option in the mouse settings but
2000 seems to not have one. Any insight would be
appreciated.

This would be something driver-specific not operating system-specific. Check
with the hardware manufacturer.
