Change dial-up proxy setting on IE via batch or vbs

Hello!

How can I change the dial-up proxy settings on IE6 and IE7 via a
batch file or visual basic script?
Proxy settings in Lan config is easy, but the dial-up proxy setting
is stored in binary form on registry, and I don't know how to change.
