change default install drive

how do i change the default install from "c:\program files\..." to
"e:\program files\..." ???

thanks
 
when i change that reg value, my Outlook express no longer works.. i get an
error saying cant open message store.

is there any other tweak, etc.....

sort of a pain in the a$$ to change for c: drive to e: drive each time i
install something
