Change default font

When ever I put a control on a form, the default font is MS Sans Serif Font
size 8.
Is there a way I can change this as the re-formatting of each control (or
even just using the format painter) is quite tedious.

Griffo,
Set up a text control and associated label the way you want it. Select
them both, and then select Format/Set Control Defaults. That default will
remain set for that form until you change it again.
If you have a form that has all the proper properties setup for all your
controls and Set as Defaults, you can use the name of that form in
Options?FormsReports/FormsTemplates. Now when creating a new form, those
Default control properties will be in play.

Superb! That will save me so much time in the future (and I wish I had asked
years ago). And since I am yet to do the reports for my latest project, it
will be of great use for them as well. Thanks so much Al.

I can finally give that poor format painter button a rest.
