Change date format

I have a column in excel which outputs the date as:

1/1/2005, I would like the formatting to be as such: 2005-01-01. Ther
are no formats built into excel to output the dates like this. Doe
anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish the yyyy-mm-dd forma

Hi

Select your cells and press Ctrl-1
Select Custom on the number tab and select a format from
the list or enter it yourself

Format>Cells>Number>Custom and type yyyy-mm-dd in the white pane

Go to Format>Cells and click on the Number Tab. Click on "Custom" in
the Category box. In the "Type:" box enter yyyy-mm-dd and click OK.

Now your cell is formatted as you wish!
