Excluding Friday & Saturday from the calculation

Dear all,
I have the following data:
Starting date= 01/04/2010, dd/mm/yyyy format
Ending date= 26/04/2010, dd/mm/yyyy format.
I want to get the difference, ending date-starting date, but I need
the result without Friday & Saturday, how to exclude Friday & Saturday
from the calculation?

Take a look at the NETWORKDAYS function in Excel Help. It is built-in
for XL2007, but for earlier versions you will have to install the
Analysis ToolPak.
