change cursor position for new emall messages with a background?

I put in a custome background on my email, but cannot change the cursor
postion to begin after the graphic. How do you do that? Also, I dn't want the
graphic to appear more than once in the mesage. How do I turn off the page
break setting?
 
If you were emailing me, it would be irrelevant: I receive ALL emails in
plain text.
