Change back to Outlook default Calendar folder

Some application/add on has changed my default Outlook Calendar folder to one
named 'Michaels Calendar' and all of my appointments are automatically going
there. I want to change it back to the standard 'Calendar' folder that
Outlook would normally use (first folder in the folder list). How can I do
that?

What version of Outlook? What type of account?

Are you syncing with an iphone? This happens frequently - the iphone experts
