change a pdf file to a template

I have a pdf file that I would like to save as a template to fill in with
info and print off . Is it possible to save to computer this way?

Although I may be assuming I believe the objective is to have the pdf form in
Access?

If this is the case you can insert the pdf as a snap shot (JPG) and insert
it in a form or a report in Access. The key is to save it in picture format
JPG is probably the format you want unless there is something special. You
want to condsider the resoluton you save the file. The higher the res the
longer it will take to open, print or manipulate.
