Chaging the "File as" field for more than one contact at a time

I have a few hundred contacts that are filed as "Last Name. First Name" and I
want to change the "File as" field to "Company (Last Name, First Name)" for
all of them at once. Is there a way to change the "File as" field for more
than one contact at a time or do I have to do each contact individually?
