Chage a Time Zone a entire Corp

I need a chage my Time Zone an Entire Corp, by GPO's o Script, i need help
this ?
 
This setting is stored in the HKCU.
I had similar requirements and implemented a simple logon script to
edit the necessary values (HKCU\Control Panel\International) using
either wsh or wmi.
