I keep getting this error message on boot up.
cftmon.exe application error.

How do I get this to go away?

Ctfmon.exe provides text input support for speech recognition,
handwriting recognition, keyboard, translation, and other alternative
user input technologies in MS Office. So turn off speech recognition in
Office.
